É muito simples no seu server o shop ainda não está configurado so no site.

 

Abra, data/globalevents/globalevents.xml

<globalevent name="shop" interval="30" event="script" value="shop.lua"/>

 

Em, data/globalevents/scripts copie um arquivo .lua e nomei para shop e add o que esta embaixo.

Após isso abra o server e teste!

Esse shop.lua add o nome de quem comprou no item.
