Adicionar Colunas Na Db

Gente eu estou criando um site para meu ot e na instalação consta que a DB ñ esta completa (faltando colunas) alguém poderia me orientar para resolver o problema. Olhem os erros:

Aew ja resolvi isso, mas agr alguem poderia me ajudar como deixar o endereço do site com o nome do to ex: baiakworld.servegame.com? Pois o meu só abre com localhost:8090

Você precisa registrar no www.no.ip.com.. apos isto todos conseguiram entrar com seu IP:PORTA normalmente.

ja tenho conta e serve registrado no no-ip.com mas msm assim ñ pega só pega com o ip que eu liberei as portas do moldem (o ip do pc) como resolvo isso? OBS: O ip do serv só pega com o ip do pc (lógico), então ñ esta com ip fixo? Minha net é compartilhada deve ser isso?

Internet do mesmo é compartilhada, sendo assim não é possível criar websites com internet compartilhada.
