Duvida Em Barra De Cd Igual Ao Do Kpdo

Alguem saberia me informar como eu adiciono ao meu cliente um sistema de barra de CD ou se existe algum server com sistema de barra de CD para download nesse forum? igual ou parecido a esse da imagem:

Está ai o System m1... ele contem um cooldown, mas não mostra o tempo regressivo para poder mandar a magia denovo.

 

prescisa de uns reajustes mas acho que ja ajuda
