Por acaso voce tá usando pelo SQLITE ou pelo XAMP/Vertrigo lá(MYSQL)?

 

Se for MYSQL a senha do usuário deve estar errada...

 

Configure assim: MYSQ

ou liga o apache e mysql no xamp


vai em


localhost/phpmyadmin


se vc ja cadastrou seu xamp faz login


vai lem cima add database cria 1 nome


vai em importa e importa a mysql dentro da pasta do ot schems


e pronto ai vc deixa do geito que o seu config ta ou apelas mude do geito que te falei em cima para Sqlite mesmo...e pronto nao tera trabalho nenhum mais...

E vai na pasta do ot e ve se tem um arquivo chamado db.s3db
Se tiver, tudo bem, mas se nao tiver com esse nome e o fim dele ser .S3DB
você renomeia para db.s3db
