[monster] Elite Trainer

Bom, eu fiz um trainer para lvl 100+

Apartir de um certo ponto os Training monks normais que hitam +- 0-1 nao fazem mais tanto efeito.

Nao so o skill de shield mas o de attack tambem aumenta pois o Elite Trainer tem mais defesa.

Entao eu fiz um trainer mais avançado que realmente avança mais os skill de Chares com skill mais alto.
