CHANGES before 18-11-2006

* changed a bit how combat/spell checking are done(simone)

* changed so that monsters doesnt destroy other monsters unless they are blocking their path(simone)

* made some changes to reduce cpu load(simone)

* added walk cost for walking up/down stairs(simone)

* fixed some shield advance issues (simone)

* fix damage color of undead race (heliton)

* fixed bug with setting range in defense spell attacks(simone)

* fixed a bug where deequipping of item was not done correctly when dropping loot from players(simone)

* removed eventCheckAttacking event

* fixed a bug where checkEvent was called twice for each monster making attacks being to fast

* changed a bit how eventCheck event is fired to prevent multiple calls being made in the feature

* added a new script function doPlayerSendDefaultCancel(cid, ReturnValue)

* the return value of onUseWeapon/onCastSpell is now used to check if the spell was successfully executed

* changed push delay to 1000 instead of 1500

* fixed so that send cancel message is shown when pushing other creatures and it fails

* fixed bug with distance weapons effects

* need to draw blood atleast every 30 seconds to gain shield advance

* fixed a bug where the client would crash if the level/magic percentages where wrong

* fixed some monster bugs

* Optimize FileLoader, loading map time should be around 15% faster.

* Other minor optimizations

* Add missing variable initialization in Npc

* Add ; to some lines containing macros

* Fix stack overflow in windows

* fixed a bug with monsters that would crash the server

* fixed so that runes with no magic level has not infinate charges

* fixed a memory leak issue with summons who died while the master was not around
