dúvida To com erro em Compilar

tocom esses erro na hora de compila as soucers 0.4.0, uso esse DEV

Eu ja nao sei mais oque fazer, tou desesperado... pra compilar esse TFS

Você precisará baixar e instalar a biblioteca openSSL, não sei que versão, não sei porque, não me lembro dessa biblioteca sendo usada no otserv e nunca nem vi esse distro que você está se referindo, no lugar que você o baixou não tinha nada especificando a necessidade de novas bibliotecas? Poderia passar o link? Qual IDE você está usando?
