Ou seja ele transformará a poção em uma poção fazia.

 

Faça o seguinte

 

doTransformItem(item.uid, healthPot)

 

Ele transformará uma health potion em outra healthpotion , faça isso com todas.

Pronto, agora ele dará certo (pelo menos eu acho)..
