[Tibianews] CM Proposal Collection Update

The CM Proposal Collection, the place to be if your looking for interesting proposals, has been updated with some fresh ideas, among which: See Who Did It, a proposal about the achievements that suggests we should be able to see which character received which achievement. Then there is Food Icon, asking for an icon that indicates when you are regenerating mana/health and when not. Last but not least, you should take a look at this proposal, which suggests that players with a permanent warning should not be able to attack non-skulled players.
