[Tibianews] The Return of Bot Reporting

While the automated botter detection system has resulted in a lot of cheaters being banished, many players have expressed their displeasure with certain aspects of it.   One of the the most common complaints over the last 15 plus months was the removal of any form of reporting system when it comes to botters.  Many people grew tired of hearing "Let the system handle it" when they found botters in a cave they hoped to hunt in.
