[Tibianews] Private Discussion Overview

Some ago, the CM's announced that the discussion about the war system matter will be continued in private by a small group of elected players. One of these lucky few, Alecto Misc, has taken the initiative of setting up an overview of the ongoing discussion. This overview is free for everyone to read. Some issues that have already been discussed are the problem of stacking and some minor issues such as area runes/spells not doing damage on optional pvp worlds (former non-pvp). Cipsoft repeats that the stacking problem is a technical issue that they hope to solve over time. Things like the area runes/spells problematic are much easier to solve.
