[Tibianews] Transfer....and die?

Some people on Julera seem to have a very interesting policy when it comes to dealing with characters who transfer to their server.  Namely, they will kill anyone transferring there unless they announce it publically.  Some seem to find this kind of behavior to be needlessly ruthless and aggressive while others agree with the need to keep track of wjat players are moving to Julera.
