Problema Ao Abrir Phps

Venho tendo esse erro sempre que tento acessar o news.php assim como muitas outras páginas do meu site.

Pow cara .. tenta explicar um poco melhor , na hora de abrir phps ?? explica um poco melhor para eu entender só assim posso te explica

 

Bom , eu acho que o error ta no site , eu recomendo você usar o gesior , além de ser o mais usado é o melhor

Cara, dependendo do AppServ que você ta usando ele pode não ter PHP 5 e consequentemente não suportar esse código!

É na hora de abrir o site....

Quando eu vo abri da esse pau loco ai

 

E se eu desabilito a linha, ele não abre a DB

Consequentemente, se eu uso php5 ele da problema pq num acha as dll do php2apache (já tentei misturar as dlls do 5 complementando com umas do 6)
