It's a question that has been asked before: is using TibiaCast, the program that allows people to watch live broadcasts from other players, a rule violation or not? Could you get banished for using its software? Mirade's answer to a similar question might reassure a lot of uncertain players: '... we consider it similar to Tibia cams. This means, players don't get punished for using it but we don't support it and advise players not use it since we cannot help them in case of any problems caused by the tool. So players use them on their own risk.' So, you can continue broadcasting or watching broadcasts without having to fear to get a banishment.
