A curious request has been seen on a few server forums. Busco nuevos horizontess (apparently a posting character) and his team wish to move to a new server. Presenting themselves as skilful mercenaries and claiming to have fought in four wars, they ask the leaders of each world to be accepted in their guild. Will this be the newest hype ... bands of travelling mercenaries offering their services to the highest bidder to be part of leading guilds? Hello again! Now it's time for the vote on the best mapping screenshot. Klingons here, Klingons over there, Klingons everywhere! Firstly some rules: You're not allowed to vote on your own pictures, this is if you're in the competition. (This is checked by me since I have all submissions PMed to me) You're not allowed to vote on your own pic with other accounts (IP check by Evo ) The creators of the pics are still secret, and shall remain so the entire voting through. This means you should refer to the submissions by their numbers and if you made it you're not allowed to spoil to others that you made it. If any of the contestants is found breaking any of the rules they will be disqualified from the competition. What you should think of when choosing your favourite: Are the pictures justifying the story? Are the objectives completed? Is it satisfying to the eye? This man was not an ordinary man. He would do what no man had dared to do before. Once he fought a giant dragon all by himself. Since he didn't carry fear with him he always sought adventure, slaying all kinds of fearsome creatures. He was feared among demons and humans alike. "A man without fear is no man" was the saying spread across the lands. These uttered words did no good to the man, when he couldn't get into cities to stock up on weapons and food. One day he felt the fear against him being too much to bear, When he faced a Wizard of great power the wizard commited suicide to spare himself from the pain of being defeated by the man. This was the last time the man was seen in public. He had decided to build himself a house in the swamp. After some months the house was finished, hidden behind a mountain perfectly placed in the swamp. Little did he know that the swamp had an ancient spell on it, this magic was to the man unknown and therefor he could not have forseen what would happen. An anonymous internal source has informed TibiaNews there will be at least one new outfit included with the 2010 Summer Update. Players have clamored for outfits that allow them to step into their fantasies. To take advantage of the popularity of "vampire culture", Cipsoft intends to introduce the Twilight outfit! Add-ons will reportedly include the fashionable long jacket and sparkles. A quest to obtain the outfit will take players all over the Tibian map, and will most assuredly include killing werewolves, including the new werewolf boss, Black Jacob.  This could be the most popular outfit yet! Many Calmerans were shocked earlier today after hearing that Morgaroth had been summoned into their world by a band of especially evil cultists.  A group of adventurers travelled to his lair deep under the volcano of Goroma. Eventually they reached his chamber and a large battle erupted. While some perished in the fight, they managed to defeat the beast..for the time being. O projeto de interfaces web é desenvolvido em princípio por camadas. Mas o que são essas camadas de fato? É bem simples, em primeiro momento, o designer de interfaces é responsável pela disposição dos elementos em tela, um exemplo prático disso pode ser visto neste link. Podemos chamar isso de Wire Frame, que nada mais é do que, um mapa onde pode-se ter uma visualização macro da tela desenvolvida. A partir do Wire Frame, o designer de interface começa a visualizar o que funciona bem na tela ou não. Um Wire Frame bem desenhado, com um fluxo de informações destribuido corretamente faz com que as chances de sucesso da interface seja grande, por que, por meio disso já pode ser eliminado todo o excesso de informação da tela. Como já sabemos, um usuario em web, busca por informações objetivas, ou seja, nada de esconder ou criar varios niveis de interação para se chegar ao objetivo. Quanto mais rapido e evicaz o processo, melhor será. Pois bem, o designer tem uma grande noção disto, logo que concluido o Wire Frame. Um modo simples para se desenhar um bom fluxo de informação pode levar em consideração aspectos como cultura, relevância dos textos, padrões de leitura em web. Como um designer projeta para um publico especifico, posso dizer que conhecer os costumes do mesmo conta bons pontos. Nesta imagem, podemos perceber que não existe um template completo, entretanto, o que podemos ver é como funcionará a disposição dos elementos em uma tela. O desenvolvimento do Wire Frame, pode se dizer que já faz parte do processo do design das interfaces. Com esse Wire Frame o desenvolvimento da parte gráfica fica simplificada, pois os elementos já estão previamente posicionados. Segundo o instituto Nielsen Group um internauta faz a leitura da página da seguinte maneira: o primeiro olhar é vertical, seguido de dois olhares horizontais, formado o que chamamos de leitura em F. Segue um exemplo prático da leitura em F: *Neste exemplo, o conteúdo textual está em Lorem Ipsum, isto não é recomendado, por que, com ele não pode ser feita uma simulação 100% real da interface.
