Se possivel ajudar,to usando o gesior do AlexXavier mas to com 2 erros,no próprio quando você entra da esse erro :

só esses 2 erros, ja tentei ir no php.ini e mudar o date.timezone para America/Sao_Paulo não da certo,obrigado =s

 

perdão ja consegui,so coloquei o date.timezone = America/Sao_Paulo e reniciei o apache e o mysql,desculpe.
