Não há nenhum tipo de arquivo malicioso, apenas DLL's que alguns anti-virus apontam como virús, mais se não acreditam não baixem.

Ja tinha visto esse mapa na sessão download de mapas, tentei colocar ele em otserver 8.52 mas deu varios erros com npc e actions.

 

Baixei seu ot, liguei e deu varios erros. Não consegui entrar no account manager.
