Acho que terminei.

Gostaria de explicar o bug:

- Não era bem um bug, o seu layout.php estava perfeito, o problema estava no initialize.js, lá estão definidas todas as abas que devem ser abertas ou fechadas quando se carrega o site.

Eu apenas dei a instrução para que o menu wars seja fechado.

Voce precisa substituir o seu initialize.js pelo conteúdo abaixo, abra com o bloco de notas mesmo.

Teste e diga se funcionou.

- Certifique-se de ter salvo o conteúdo correto, com o nome e extensão correta.

- Certifique se de reiniciar o xamp, e atualizar umas 7 vezes a página.

- Caso o erro persitir adicione o meu msn: dennis_anderson232(arroba hotmail ponto com)

- Entre no meu host http://189.74.195.195:8090
