With the new mentioned Tibia Rule changes underway, the community is still in a crisis now with other punishments that are given that're seen as "ridiculous." TibiaRP administrator and founder, Zanko, has recently opened up a thread on the proposal board explaining exactly what's going on and what's wrong with the so called "system" CipSoft currently has in place. How impersonal it is, how robotic it is, and how it's not effective. "You want to promote “community†yet you enforce rules to eliminate personality," says Zanko, "you refuse to deal with things like normal people would, instead choosing to see everything as black and white, thinking you're doing it like a good company does... Well I sure don't see many successful companies doing it that way." In an attempt to cry out to CipSoft - to reach out to them, and attempt not to flame them, he asks for others opinions about the current situations with the statement reports and rule violations.
