Overall, we can decide here that the Magic Sword won a smashing victory! It's the lightest of the three weapons. And although it has a lower defense than the Demonbone, this is compensated by the high defense bonus when using a shield (+3). It's also the easiest obtainable, since it doesn't involve slaying an archdemon. Moreover, because of the fact it's a level 100 quest reward, and there are quite a lot of level 100 players, there's a fairly high ammount of magic swords on all worlds. Of course, this also mean that its value is considerably lower than the other two weapons. However, the Magic Sword a suberb weapon and no doubt a favorite of many players. As you can see, for good reasons!
