Como "editar a partir do que já há no xml" poderia explicar melhor por favor?

Elas não tavam no items.xml, ex: Tava o item id 101, dps o item id 103. Usei a id 102 - que tava vazia e editei ela no item editor. Será que isso dá o erro? Galera, é o seguinte: Tava vendu uns tutoriais sobre como editar/criar itens e fui faze. Usei Ot item editor 0.3.7 e fiz uns itens.
