The whole process of travelling at the ITA Airways FCO Terminal was simply fantastic from beginning till end. First of all, the check-in procedure went very quickly, and the employees of the company were very nice and welcoming to me. Moreover, the terminal is well-lit, clean and has enough seats for passengers to wait in comfort. Everything about security was done efficiently, and the boarding was announced on time. Additionally, there were lots of useful things such as cafes and duty-free shops.
