Tudo mundo deve conhece o famoso paralize da hydra, akele q parece uma gfb pequena.. q eh capaiz d paraliza mtos players d 1x soh.
Aqui vc pode fazer para players usarem essa rune tb.
Fiz ele com uma velocidade d paralize sempre a mesma, pq uso em enforced dai axei melhor..
Sem mais nada vamos começar.
Primeiro na pasta data/spells/rune copie qualquer arquivo e substitua o conteudo dele por esse e renomeie como "hydra paralyze".

Paralyzing(cid,creaturePos.y-2,creaturePos.x-1,60000)
Isso diz q vai paralizar a posição "y-2", "x-1" du player com poder paralizante de 60000.
Agora em Spells.xml adicione essa tag

**** = ID da rune que vc queira usa...
Testei em hotserv's ou em qualquer ot com base no hotserv, todos funcionaram
