Como Alterar A Vvip Para a Moeda "Scarab Coin"

Tenho esse script de !buyvip só que ele é pago com 2kk, queria alter isso para o Scarab Coin que seria os points comprados no site. Tenho o Script abaixo, pode ser alterado nele ou terei que mudar tudo ?

A variavel itemid está o ID do item que será removido, no caso o ID do Scarab Coin e a variavel Count será a quantidade que será removido, coloquei para 10, edite a vontade.
