Latestnews - 8.70

Olá, estou necessitando de um latestnews.php para usar em meu site. O servidor é 8.70 e por esse motivo não estou achando.

 

O que eu tenho no momento funciona. Mas não funciona por exemplo: Texto com parágrafos e fotos.

 

Gostaria de poder colocar essas coisas, seria importante!
