[OTfans] OTFans: Input from the community: "Better or worse?" #2

Today it's time for the second version of "Better or worse?". This time we've played around with a new location and look of the user information block. As last time it's not 100% done and we would like to ask the community what you think and what could be improved before we continue. And yes, we threw in a "sneak peak" of the serverlist in there! Okay... Not really, just the tab for it.
