na hora de bota um link, oq vc coloca ?

 

tem q ser o link da pasta do seu ot, sem config.lua no final,

 

o meu é assim (exemplo): C:\Users\Felipe\Desktop\Ot Server

 

(varia de pc pra pc, + é proximo a isso)
