[OTfans] OTFans: Mapping Competition

Hello.

Do you dare to take on this challenge?

If so, please read the text below. Read it thoroughly or you could end up breaking competition rules.

 

Here are the contest rules:

• You cannot use old mappings
• You may not steal someone else's work
• Tampering of picture is not allowed.
• Thou shalt turn thy shade and spawns off!

So what are the prize for winning this contest?

A first place will grant you 3 months in the Donators usergroup.

Placing second will grant you 2 months in the Donators usergroup.

And comming in 3rd will grant you 1 month in the Donators usergroup.

 

Your objective is to create screenshots of the specified topics with the story as inspiration.

Story:

Quote: Once upon a time, in a land far far away, there was a man.

This man was not an ordinary man. He would do what no man

had dared to do before. Once he fought a giant dragon all

by himself. Since he didn't carry fear with him he always

sought adventure, slaying all kinds of fearsome creatures.

He was feared among demons and humans alike.

"A man without fear is no man" was the saying spread across

the lands. These uttered words did no good to the man, when

he couldn't get into cities to stock up on weapons and food.

One day he felt the fear against him being too much to bear,

When he faced a Wizard of great power the wizard commited

suicide to spare himself from the pain of being defeated by

the man. This was the last time the man was seen in public.

He had decided to build himself a house in the swamp. After

some months the house was finished, hidden behind a mountain

perfectly placed in the swamp. Little did he know that the

swamp had an ancient spell on it, this magic was to the man

unknown and therefor he could not have forseen what would

happen. After having lived in the house for 4 years he woke

up late at night to the sound of a large crack. It was the

swamp that was to claim the house. He took what he could

carry and ran out of the house. He could do nothing but

watch when his house sank into the swamp. Devastated, the man

left the spot and decided to go back to his former life. Once

again he was the feared one, destined to slay evil.

• Create a picture of how the man's house looked when it was newly built.
• Create a picture of how the house would look like the day after the man left the sunken house.

You should only submit 2 screenshots, one from each objective.

 

You sign up to the contest by sending Mackan and Evo a PM writing that you want to be in the contest. This to make it completely secret from the public who is competing.

I will add X's to the list when a new member signs up. You then have to the 31st March 23:59 CET to finish your mapping.
