Esse erro ja aconteceu comigo , e a solucao foi essa.

O erro diz , nao pode conectar-se a mysql database , ou seja ele nao consegui buscar a tabela que voce criou no seu banco de dados , voce deve verificar certinho se pois nome iguais etc , ja aconteceu comigo essa foi a minha solucao , caso nao der certo nao sei resolver.
