Esse erro ai é pq você tem que ir no phpmyadmin, e vê se tem algum personagem com o nome Nadega Sample, se não tive, crie um, ou se já tiver um com nome diferente, mude o nome dele para Nadega Sample. (Este nadega sample, é o que quando o player criar personagem, ele vai copiar, então, você deve configurar level, skill, outfits e tals.)

Amigo, entre em 127.0.0.1/phpmyadmin, va na sua datebase, procure a tabela players e abra dps disso veja os players e mude o nome de qualquer um para Nadega Sample.
