Isso e pq vc digitou o nome da sua database errado tem que ser +/- assim:

-- SQL Configuration

sqlType = "mysql"

passwordType = "plain"

mysqlUser = "root"

mysqlPass = "coloque a senha do xampp aque"

mysqlHost = "localhost"

mysqlPort = 3306

mysqlDatabase = "otserv" <-------- O NOME DA SUA DATABASE É ESSE, SE FOR O NOME QUE VC COLOCOU NO Banco de Dados DO XAMPP CONSERTEZA É. SE VC COLOCOU OUTRO NOME NO Banco de Dados COLOQUE AI O NOME!
