Nahh i have already shinys. I just cant use pokeball with it. I have caught Shiny Zubat but cant do nothink to summon it ;/

Hello guys!
I have a big problem. I want add shiny pokemons to my server but it didnt work for me. I already made catching but when im trying to summon it the ball dissapear. What I need to do to add shinys? Please help me
