Dúvida 1

Qual poderia ser o motivo de estar demorando muito para abrir o site? Outros amigos meus quando peço para entrar dizem que fica muito tempo carregando, e a tela sempre branca ( Tenho que desbloquear alguma porta a mais no meu Roteador (nota: uso net compartilhada, apenas desbloqueei a porta 8090)

Dúvida 2

Não tinha essa parte no Tutorial de instalação no Xampp, gostaria de saber se o mesmo abaixo está correto, no arquivo "httpd" dentro da pasta Apache.
