Tenta assim colocando o level direto na ação..

tenta muda a linha 9 dps para

setPlayerPromotionLevel(cid, 2)

isso quer dizer que ouve um erro ao chamar a função setpromot~()...

aparentemente não existe a função que foi chamada ou ainda não foi carregada a função.
